    All photos are between: January 28, 2004 - (our closing date) and September 26, 2005 (our couldn't take anymore date) - bidding our builder, Ryland Homes, good riddance by officially kicking them out of our construction site of a house (21 months later).

Customer says D.R. Horton illegally forced buyers to use its mortgage service

Atlanta, GA. -"D.R. Horton Inc., (DHI) one of the nation's largest homebuilders, is being sued...The lawsuit charges the homebuilder with violating the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The complaint, filed in U.S. District Court, Southern District of Georgia, says the homebuilder required that home buyers use Horton's affiliated mortgage company in order to get discounts and incentives."...
