    All photos are between: January 28, 2004 - (our closing date) and September 26, 2005 (our couldn't take anymore date) - bidding our builder, Ryland Homes, good riddance by officially kicking them out of our construction site of a house (21 months later).

Copper Basin seeking relief

Phoenix,AZ. -"Angry Santan area residents living in the Village of Copper Basin have begun filing official grievances with the community's developer, claiming it has not held up its end of the bargain. Tired of strolling through parks that lack promised amenities and along sidewalks that don't meet their expectations, about 200 residents have filed official requests for arbitration with Pyramid Community Developers...Orr, along with several other homeowners in the neighborhood, has been asking Pyramid to finish amenities since last summer. Residents are unhappy with landscaping, sidewalks, parks and finishing touches that they were sold on when they purchased their homes in the unincorporated area of Pinal County just south of Queen Creek. After sending a copy to Pyramid partners Mark Stapp and Harold Christ, Orr posted his official request for arbitration on a local message board."...
